My function in the team is team manager. This means I do the planning and give instructions to the rest of the team. The reason I really wanted this function is because I would like to have my own company one day. This is a great way to learn the basics on how to become a manager. Furthermore it is a once in a lifetime opportunity to participate in such a big rally.
